Delivery of goods

When purchasing goods in the Online Shop, the Buyer shall choose the method of delivery and provide the exact delivery address.  The goods shall be sold and delivered within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania and other countries of the European Union.

The Buyer is obliged to accept the Goods. The Buyer undertakes to take delivery of the Goods himself. If the Buyer is unable to accept the Goods himself and the Goods have been delivered to the address indicated and on the basis of other data provided by the Buyer, the Buyer shall not have the right to claim against the Seller for the delivery of the Goods to the wrong entity.

If the Buyer refuses to accept the Goods at the time of delivery, in the absence of valid reasons, the Buyer shall be liable to pay the costs of returning the Goods upon the Seller’s request. The Buyer also undertakes to reimburse the costs claimed by the courier when the Buyer fails to accept the Goods at the time agreed with the courier.

The cost of delivery of the Goods depends on the method of delivery chosen by the Buyer and the territory to which the Goods are delivered:

– If the Goods are delivered via LP Express or Omniva parcel self-service terminals, the price of delivery of the Goods shall be EUR 3*;

– When the Goods are delivered by courier (throughout the territory of the Republic of Lithuania, except for Curonian Spit), the price of delivery of the Goods shall be 5 Eur*,

– For delivery by courier in Curonian Spit, the delivery price is 20 Eur*.

– For delivery via Lithuanian post to other European Union countries:

* The prices are valid in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania. Prices are subject to change in accordance with the partner’s offers valid at the time. The delivery charge is per order.

The exact amount of the delivery charge shall be indicated to the Buyer in the Online Shop before the order is confirmed. The amount of the delivery charge shall not be changed after confirmation of the order, unless the Seller changes the delivery address at the Buyer’s request.

The delivery terms of the Goods are set out in the descriptions of the Goods. They are provisional and subject to change.

The Seller shall be exempt from liability for breach of the time limits for delivery of the Goods if the Goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the Buyer’s fault or due to circumstances beyond the Buyer’s control.

Upon receipt of the Goods, the Buyer shall inspect the condition of the consignment (whether the outer packaging is intact) and sign the document of delivery and acceptance. Once the Buyer has signed the delivery and acceptance document, the Goods shall be deemed to be in good condition. If the Buyer notices that the packaging of the consignment is damaged (wrinkled, wet or otherwise externally damaged), the Buyer must note this in the document of delivery and acceptance of the consignment, or, in the case of Goods delivered by a courier, draw up a certificate of damage to the packaging, and immediately inform the Seller thereof. If the Buyer fails to do so, the Seller shall not be held liable for any damage to the Goods or for any inconsistencies in the assembly of the Goods, provided that such inconsistencies can be identified by inspection of the Goods. Buyers must inform the Seller immediately after collecting their parcels from self-service terminals and noticing any discrepancies.
